Sustainable development & production
By valorising the wine grape pomace (the remaining juices, grape skin and flesh), we do not only contribute to sustainable viticulture, but we also create natural drinks that are distinguished by the specific aromas and flavours of the wine grapes. Depending on the type of wine grapes, different botanicals are added in the distillation process. 

We produce the drinks with different techniques. The alcoholic drinks are produced in an artisan pot still. For the non-alcoholic beverages, we apply our own expertise of maceration and vacuum distillation, which guarantees the preservation of the excellent quality of the natural grape aromas and botanicals. Each year, our drinks have a unique character, with a very soft mouthfeel, texture and aftertaste. The grape alcohol plays an important role in this.

All our drinks are natural, sustainable and free of added flavours, colorants or sugars (except Bel’Uva vermouth). Allergen-free naturally.
